Snorkeling Amed Bali — Shipwrecks & Underwater Temple

"Awesome day out to Amed. Snorkelling was insanely good. Crystal clear water, plenty to see! Great guide showing us the best spots to see turtles and fish. Putu was our driver today, he was an incredible guy, super happy and safe for the long trip from Nusa Dua and back. Would pick him for another day out in a heartbeat. 5 stars plus."

"Amazing experince! My partner and I were the only two on the boat so although it was tiny - a small, authentic wooden fishing boat - it was perfect. Our guide found the best snorkelling spots and took amazing photos and videos for us. Would definitely recommend adding the GoPro to your booking. Communication and organisation was perfect. The fish - just WOW! The water was so clear and abundant with fish. Only disappointment was viability at the Japanese shipwreck- the water was murky and low visibility so we only snorkelled here for 10mins. Would definitely recommend this trip."

"We chose the option with transfer from Ubud. Our Driver Wayan was exceptional! Easy to talk to, gave us a lot of information about life in Bali and their customs. The snorkeling itself was great. The boat crew was knowledgeable and helpful. We snorkelled at 4 spots and managed to see turtles AND dolphins! One note: the facilities are not the greatest so be prepared. The Driver took us to a great lunch spot where we had a lovely meal. I highly recommend this activity and I wouldnt think twice to do this again :)"

"Our driver and guide Nyoman was great, the water activities were very fun, highly recommend renting a gopro if you want next level footage from Karma, the snorkeling guide! We did the full day tour which also included Tirta Gangga and Virgin Beach, both strongly recommended if you haven’t been yet. Nyoman was patient and kind when we wanted extra time to take some photos, offering to take some for us and also giving us space if he felt we needed some alone time. He also was attentive to provide chill water in the very hot day, it was an absolute worthwhile experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"It was a wonderful experience! Our driver picked us up from our villa on time. Then we drove for almost three hours to the snorkeling point, and the driver Wayan Sue was so friendly. He got us a fresh coconut and respond to every question we had.The long drive went by really quickly, because of his great nature. Once we arrived, we got our equipment and something to drink. We went snorkeling at four different locations. We were filmed with a GoPro and saw lots of sea turtles. A dream of mine came true. The pictures and videos were sent to us to download on Google Drive. All in all, a fantastic experience with lots of nice people. We would do it again!"

"Absolutely loved this trip, Putu Adi was such a lovely man, and even after driving for over 12 hours he had such good a great attitude. We went to Ahmed and saw a few turtles, lion fish and the temples and shipwreck, it was all very beautiful. Putu even took us to a coffee tasting in the local village which was unexpectedly a highlight of the trip. Then he took us through his own village in the countryside. Very happy, good value for money. 🤍"

"Trasa z Ubud do Amed w okolicach 3h, kierowca Pan Lukky zdecydowanie do polecenia -w trakcie jazdy opowiadał nam o miejscach które mijamy, wskazywał najbardziej warte zobaczenia miejscówki i w razie potrzeby mogliśmy robić przystanki na sklep czy na zdjęcia. W drodze powrotnej kierowca zaproponował nam przystanek na darmowy tasting kaw i herbat balijskich, z możliwością spróbowania luwak coffee za dodatkową opłatą 50k rupii w pięknym miejscu i z poznaniem historii kawy. Snorkeling był fajnym doświadczeniem, możliwości zobaczenia rafy, żółwii, świątyni i wraku statku. Przewodnik był pomocny i doświadczony, zadbał o bezpieczeństwo mniej pewnych w wodzie osób. Zapewniono nam wodę, ręczniki, mieliśmy możliwość karmienia rybek chlebem."

Alle angekündigten Spots wurden besucht und ich hatte genug Zeit für die Erkundung an jedem Spot. Einzig würde ich meine eigene Tauchmaske mit Schnorchel, die mir besser passt mitnehmen. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Erfahrung."
