Good to Know

• Meeting Point: Meet our team at Axe Stone Fast Boats, Sanur Harbour. Ferry departs from Bali at 07:30 AM or 08:00 AM.
• Pick-Up Option: With Bali transfer, pickup is between 06:15–06:30 AM. Pickup time will be confirmed via WhatsApp by 8:30 PM the day before the tour.
• Your GoPro footage download link will be sent to the booking email within 8–12 hours after the activity begins.
• Please note that roads on Nusa Penida are narrow and bumpy, sea conditions can be choppy. Eat beforehand and take seasickness medication if needed, available from our staff. Guests must be confident swimmers and comfortable in open ocean conditions.
• If Manta Point is inaccessible due to weather, we will visit a safe alternative snorkeling location. Total duration includes transfers, varying by option, with 3 hours of snorkeling.
• We follow animal welfare guidelines. Look forward to welcoming you and ensuring a great experience.

Meeting Point

Meet our team at Axe Stone Fast Cruise, Matahari Terbit Harbour - Sanur, about 10 meters from Circle K convenience store. Look for staff in uniform at the main entrance. Your ticket will be ready, so you can skip the line. Important Note: Please be aware that the fast boat service is operated by a third-party company, Axe Stone Fast Cruise. Any delays or issues related to Axe Stone are beyond our control. Additionally, Axe Stone uses a queueing system at the port, so we strongly recommend arriving as early as possible. Traffic between 7:15 and 8:00 AM on the way to Sanur Port is usually very heavy—the worst in Bali—so please plan accordingly. We kindly ask that you be at the Meeting Point by 7:30 AM at the latest.
